At The Good and the Beautiful, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
